I am a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with over 2-years of industry experience. I have a proven track record of designing and optimizing products, tools, fixtures, and equipment to enhance manufacturing processes.

My work at Tesla has led to significant reductions in scrap rates, manufacturing costs, and lead times, achieving total savings of $200K in the production processes of the Cybertruck, the Model Y, and the Powerwall.

My expertise includes:

• Advanced Design & Manufacturing: Proficient in designing tools, fixtures, and equipment with DFA and DFM strategies, optimizing space, and utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce costs and improve material flow.

• CAD & GD&T: Highly skilled in using Solidworks, CATIA V5, and CATIA V6 (3DX) for detailed design work, with strong capabilities in GD&T to support vehicle quality build targets and drive tool design.

I hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Design & Robotics from UC San Diego. My research focused on the design of bio-inspired robotic systems, including a vibration-based sand-digging robot funded by the Office of Naval Research.​
